R1: Pediatrics Outpatient
Continuity Clinic: overall total of 2 half-days per week.
Residents improve their skills in developmental pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and urban outpatient pediatrics by rotating to various community clinics that serve underserved populations and at-risk youth. Time is spent with a faculty pediatrician at a community health center, a specialty developmental delay clinic, a free teen clinic, an asthma clinic, a sickle-cell clinic and a high school-based clinic.
