R2: Behavioral Science Seminar

(1 Rotation)

This dynamic and interactive rotation comprised of practical, skill-building workshops and accompanying readings brings residents together as a full class for the first time since the orientation month. Topics spanning the breadth of behavioral science are explored daily in three to four hour confidential seminars, and self-care is practiced and promoted. Residents bring cases from their respective clinics for discussion and consultation. Each resident conducts a home visit to one continuity patient and discusses it with the group. Residents plan and participate in a 3-day weekend retreat with their colleagues and partners.
